For starters 'Help' is very a generic term.
If you go to a doctor for treatment, the doctor is not just doing his/her duty, he/she is helping us recover from illness. Now, in this case can we reject the help and remain sick?
Say we are taking a bus to work, the bus driver stops at the bus stop and picks us up. Again, the driver is not just doing his duty, he is helping us reach our work place. Can we reject his help and walk all the way to office?
A poor student get scholarship to do his/her education, that is a form of help too. Can the student reject it and discontinue his/her education?
